I'm a strategic planning and strategic foresight facilitator who helps organizations navigate complex challenges, bring people into the process, and turn uncertainty into an opportunity for better decision-making.
Before launching Lavorgna Strategy Studio, I led enterprise-wide planning at Southern New Hampshire University and spent more than a decade working across higher education, including administration and teaching.
My work combines strategic planning, futures thinking, facilitation, change management, and project management—with formal foresight training through the Institute for the Future and the University of Houston.
The credential I'm most interested in is whether the strategy actually helps people move forward.
